  Our engineering team is currently making updates to edge ingress and routing rules. During this maintenance, the VBO marketing site and legacy services that continue to rely on the www or root VBO Tickets domains may experience intermittent impact. Event manager and sales/plugin related endpoints should not be affected.

  As part of our ongoing infrastructure improvements, we continue to recommend migrating services away from these legacy endpoints. Services currently using www.vbotickets.com or the root (vbotickets.com) should migrate to plugin.vbotickets.com or eventmanager.vbotickets.com`.

  Our team is actively monitoring the platform throughout the maintenance and will provide an update once the work is complete.
